DIenini

Dienini is a 26-year-old singer-songwriter based in Paris. Her name means “dawn” in Punu, her Gabonese mother tongue. She blends RnB, afro, reggae, bossa nova and soul to tell stories about love, mental health, identity and the world around her. Singing and writing is to her — a space where vulnerability meets strength. She is expanding her discography with her debut release, Il faut y aller — a heartfelt serenade to her mother dedicated to her Francophone audience — followed by her second single, The Hate I Gave, her first project in English, demonstrating that her talent transcends language and has no borders.

DESA

DESA invites listeners on an intimate journey through metaphorical messages wrapped in a dark, alternative pop ballad style. Her music isn't just sound—it's a safe space, a mirror, a message. DESA creates more than songs; she crafts emotional sanctuaries. Each track opens the door to connection, reminding us that the feelings we once thought were ours alone are shared more universally than we imagined. In her world, vulnerability is strength, and self-acceptance is celebrated without judgment. With haunting honesty and soulful depth, DESA builds bridges between solitary moments and shared humanity. Her voice becomes the echo of a thousand unspoken stories—proving that what touches one heart can touch all.

zack goffe

Jamaican born Zack has always had passion for music, from choirs to jamm sessions his versatility is endless. Zack's writing is heavily influenced by gospel, RnB and HipHop music while his vocals remain clear and emotive. He has previously collaborated with emerging producer IXYALA where he top lined some deep and soulful Afrohouse productions which was the first time he has released any of his work. He is now working on his sound and developing his artistry and projects to release his first self-produced single for 2026.

Beata Boravska

Co-Founder, Artist Manager

Beata Boravska is the co-founder of Fearless Connections, an artist management and consultancy platform launched in 2025. With over three years of industry experience, Beata began her music career in 2022 at 18 Records, where she worked with artists such as Jelani Blackman and Alika.

She now manages a diverse roster of rising talent, including CARMICHAEL, Novine, TX, Desa, and Emeye. Beata is passionate about creating intentional, sustainable growth for her artists while nurturing authenticity at every stage.

She is also the founder of Solitude to Success, a networking initiative dedicated to empowering introverted women in the music industry through community, support, and visibility.

Roxanna Debenham (Also Known As Roxa Damas)

Co-Founder, DJ, Artist & Artist Manager

Roxa Damas is a London-based DJ, Vocalist, Songwriter, and co-founder of Fearless Connections. She entered the DJ scene in 2021 and quickly made her mark with standout performances and residencies at venues including Soho House, The Dorchester, The Ivy, Radio Rooftop, The Four Seasons and many more.

Roxa has also previously founded House Heaven, a platform that connected Electronic Music Creators through curated events with a focus on creative wellness and networking opportunities.

Fearless Connections came about after meeting Beata at a House Heaven event, followed by a discussion with her over coffee a few weeks later, about expanding the community’s mission to the broader music industry, rather than focusing on one genre.

In addition to her work as a performer and emerging producer, Roxa manages the careers of Zack Goffe and Dienini, blending her deep industry insight with creative vision. With a passion for sound, style, and community-building, Roxa continues to shape culture both behind the decks, in the studio and beyond.
